Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
Welcome to Omni-Coach (the "Platform", "Omni-Matrix", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, AI coaching software, and related services. By accessing the Platform or initiating a subscription, you enter into a binding legal agreement.
1. Artificial Intelligence Fallibility & No Warranties
The Omni-Coach service leverages advanced Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models to analyze video game telemetry. You expressly understand that AI is experimental and subject to hallucination, misinterpretation, or suboptimal strategic advice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. We make absolutely no warranties that using our advice will result in an increased rank, improved mechanical skill, or competitive success.
2. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omni-Coach, its founders, and AWS server nodes accept absolutely zero financial, legal, or emotional liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- In-game account bans resulting from anti-cheat systems falsely flagging AI advice parameters.
- Loss of tournament earnings, ranked rating, or professional E-Sports standing.
- Emotional distress experienced resulting from the "Vantablack Roast" algorithmic persona.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us during the previous one (1) month.
3. Video Uploads & Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the Video on Demand (VOD) files you upload. However, by uploading gameplay, you immediately grant Omni-Coach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to parse, evaluate, store, and utilize this telemetry data to train, fine-tune, and improve our proprietary neural networks recursively.
4. Acceptable Network Use
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary computer vision pipelines, scrape our coaching endpoints, or bypass the Stripe Paywall interface. Any attempt to autonomously query our API outside of standard browser interactions will result in an immediate MAC-address and Payment-ID ban without refund.
5. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
