Data Privacy Protocol

At Omni-Coach, your data sovereignty is a core part of our infrastructure. This Privacy Policy outlines precisely how we extract, process, and secure the information required to run the world's most advanced AI coaching engine.

1. Telemetry & Data Collection

When you interface with the Omni-Matrix, we collect the following operational data:

  • Account Credentials: Email addresses and securely hashed cryptographic passwords.
  • Biometric Gameplay Data: High-definition MP4/DEM video files uploaded to our AWS containers.
  • In-Memory Variables: Your selected coaching personas (e.g., Constructive vs Roast parameters), UI interactions, and browser metadata.

2. Algorithmic Data Processing

We do not sell your personal data to ad-brokers. Your uploaded VODs are utilized exclusively for two purposes:

1. Executing instantaneous Computer Vision analysis to deliver your tailored post-match coaching report.
2. Functioning as raw training weights to iteratively improve the Omni-Coach proprietary Machine Learning models across all 50 game engines. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your gameplay mechanics contribute to the global hive-mind.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

To operate at scale, we syndicate your data through enterprise-grade partners:

  • Stripe: All financial telemetry, including credit card numbers, are transmitted directly via SSL to Stripe. Omni-Coach never natively stores or sees your payment details.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Raw video files are temporarily housed in secured S3 buckets for the duration of the Tensor-extraction process.

4. Data Deletion Protocol

You maintain total control over your persistent identity. If you wish to execute a permanent wipe of your account, email address, and historical coaching ledger from our database, you may submit a deletion request to our support terminal. Note: Anonymous gameplay vectors already merged into our neural network weights cannot be reversed.

5. Protocol Modifications

We reserve the right to update this protocol as our Matrix architecture expands. Notifications of significant topological changes will be beamed to your dashboard or primary email channel.
